Such a beautiful day at Filoli! So grateful for the chance to sit on a bench along the North Terrace overlooking the gardens and mountain vistas, talking poetry, nature, and this year’s haiku contest for Morning in the Garden, Filoli’s award-winning podcast, hosted and produced by Willa Brock, Filoli’s Director of Collections and Interpretation, and a cherished longtime friend and creative collaborator.
It’s such a joy to have this as part of my spring tradition for six years now. Thank you so much, Willa, Sonia Capitant, and the rest of the team at Filoli, and all our haiku participants for sustaining this little corner of sunshine.
