HAY(NA)KU!

Learn a new poetic form with San Mateo County Poet Laureate Aileen Cassinetto

Is it a sigh or a form of haiku? In this workshop, with the aid of prompts and familiar poetic tools, we will try our hand at drafting new poems. We’ll write, read, critique, tweak, and talk about this deceptively simple verse form! Materials and light snacks will be provided.

This is a free event, but space is limited. Please email smcpoetlaureate@smcl.org with the subject, “WORKSHOP,” by April 7th to RSVP.
